The LAA-0139 Orange clamshell allows you to power your Bendix King Radio with AA batteries. Slide the battery case open to accept (9) AA batteries, then close the case and use the loaded clam shell, just as you would the original OEM battery.

 When your radio batteries have reached their max for the day, the LAA0139 Clamshell takes over.

The LAA0139 can be used with AA Alkaline or AA rechargeable batteries. The LAA0139 holds 9 batteries producing up to 2500mAh which will supply plenty of backup emergency power for your radio. This Orange Clamshell also comes with a One Year Warranty. Alkaline batteries sold separately
